These Terms are a contract between you and Kreatifart Dijital Çözümler Limited Şirketi (“Kreatifart”, “we”). By installing the WanOs Mac app, signing in to the WanOs web app or buying a licence you accept them, together with the Privacy Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy. You must be of legal age to enter into contracts where you live (18 in Turkey). If you use WanOs for an organization, you confirm you may bind it.

Bu Koşullar sizinle Kreatifart Dijital Çözümler Limited Şirketi (“Kreatifart”, “biz”) arasındaki sözleşmedir. WanOs Mac uygulamasını kurarak, WanOs web uygulamasına giriş yaparak veya lisans satın alarak bu Koşulları, Gizlilik Politikası ve Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım Politikası ile birlikte kabul etmiş olursunuz. Yaşadığınız yerde sözleşme yapma ehliyetine sahip olmalısınız (Türkiye’de 18 yaş). WanOs’u bir kurum adına kullanıyorsanız kurumu bağlamaya yetkili olduğunuzu beyan edersiniz.

WanOs shows individual windows of your Mac on your iPad and sends your touch, Apple Pencil and keyboard input back, through our relay, from anywhere with an internet connection. It needs a Mac with macOS 13 or later, the WanOs Mac app with Screen Recording and Accessibility permissions, and Safari on iPad. Speed and quality depend on both internet connections.

• Sign in with Apple or Google and keep that account secure; anyone signed in to it can reach the Macs you link.
• An account is for one person. Do not share it; licences for teams are available on request.
• You are responsible for what happens through your account, and must tell us at once at support@wanos.app if you think it has been misused.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use WanOs on the number of Macs your plan allows, for as long as your trial or subscription is active. WanOs is licensed, not sold. You may not copy, resell, sublicense or reverse engineer it, or bypass its licence checks, except where the law expressly allows.

Size, deneme süreniz veya aboneliğiniz devam ettiği sürece WanOs’u planınızın izin verdiği sayıda Mac’te kullanmanız için kişisel, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans veririz. WanOs satılmaz, lisanslanır. Yasanın açıkça izin verdiği hâller dışında kopyalayamaz, yeniden satamaz, alt lisans veremez, tersine mühendislik yapamaz veya lisans denetimini aşamazsınız.

You will indemnify Kreatifart against claims, fines and reasonable legal costs that arise from your breach of this warranty or of the Acceptable Use Policy, to the extent the law allows.

Bu taahhüdü veya Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım Politikası’nı ihlal etmenizden doğan talep, ceza ve makul hukuk masraflarını, yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde Kreatifart’a tazmin edersiniz.

Everything in your windows stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to carry it between your devices while you use WanOs. We do not record, view, analyze or use it for anything else, including training AI models.

Pencerelerinizdeki her şey size aittir. Bize yalnızca WanOs’u kullanırken bunu cihazlarınız arasında taşımamız için gereken izni verirsiniz. İçeriğinizi kaydetmeyiz, görüntülemeyiz, analiz etmeyiz ve yapay zekâ eğitimi dahil başka hiçbir amaçla kullanmayız.

We work to keep WanOs available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free; maintenance, internet outages and macOS or Safari updates can affect it. We may improve, change or remove features. If we remove a core feature you paid for, you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund for the unused period.

WanOs’u erişilebilir tutmak için çalışırız, ancak her zaman kesintisiz veya hatasız olacağını garanti edemeyiz; bakım, internet kesintileri ve macOS veya Safari güncellemeleri hizmeti etkileyebilir. Özellikleri geliştirebilir, değiştirebilir veya kaldırabiliriz. Ücretini ödediğiniz temel bir özelliği kaldırırsak aboneliğinizi iptal edip kullanılmayan dönem için kıst iade alabilirsiniz.

Sign-in uses Apple and Google; payments, taxes and receipts are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record; macOS and Safari are provided by Apple. Their own terms apply to those services, and Apple is not a party to these Terms.

Giriş Apple ve Google ile yapılır; ödeme, vergi ve faturalar satıcı sıfatıyla (merchant of record) Lemon Squeezy tarafından yürütülür; macOS ve Safari Apple tarafından sağlanır. Bu hizmetlere kendi koşulları uygulanır ve Apple bu Koşulların tarafı değildir.

WanOs is provided “as is”. It is not designed for safety-critical uses such as medical, aviation or industrial control. Privacy Screen hides your Mac’s display and locks its input, but cannot protect a Mac against someone with physical access to it. Keep backups of your work.

WanOs “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Tıbbi, havacılık veya endüstriyel kontrol gibi güvenlik açısından kritik kullanımlar için tasarlanmamıştır. Gizlilik Ekranı Mac’inizin ekranını gizler ve girdisini kilitler, ancak Mac’e fiziksel erişimi olan birine karşı koruma sağlayamaz. Çalışmalarınızın yedeğini alın.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law, including Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the consumer laws of your EU country.

Bu Koşulların hiçbir hükmü, 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun ve AB ülkenizin tüketici mevzuatı dahil, emredici hukuktan doğan tüketici haklarınızı sınırlamaz.

To the extent the law allows, Kreatifart is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for WanOs in the 12 months before it arose. We remain fully liable for gross negligence, intent, and death or personal injury we cause.

Yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde Kreatifart dolaylı zararlardan, kâr kaybından veya veri kaybından sorumlu değildir; herhangi bir talepteki toplam sorumluluğumuz, talebin doğmasından önceki 12 ayda WanOs için ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır. Ağır kusur, kast ve sebep olduğumuz ölüm veya bedensel zararlardan sorumluluğumuz saklıdır.

You can stop using WanOs and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, especially the authorized use warranty, or when the law requires; where possible we tell you why first. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, indemnity, liability, governing law) continue after termination.

WanOs’u kullanmayı istediğiniz an bırakabilir ve hesabınızı silebilirsiniz. Bu Koşulları, özellikle yetkili kullanım taahhüdünü ihlal eden hesapları veya yasanın gerektirdiği hâllerde hesapları askıya alabilir ya da kapatabiliriz; mümkünse önce nedenini bildiririz. Niteliği gereği devam etmesi gereken hükümler (mülkiyet, tazmin, sorumluluk, uygulanacak hukuk) fesihten sonra da geçerlidir.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul (Çağlayan) courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction.
• Consumers in Turkey may also apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or consumer courts at their place of residence, within the monetary limits set each year.
• Consumers in the EU and UK keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country and may bring claims in their local courts.
• Users in the United States agree that disputes are resolved by individual binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, not in class actions. You may opt out within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing support@wanos.app. Small claims court remains available.

• Bu Koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. İstanbul (Çağlayan) Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir.
• Türkiye’deki tüketiciler, her yıl belirlenen parasal sınırlar içinde yerleşim yerlerindeki Tüketici Hakem Heyetlerine veya Tüketici Mahkemelerine de başvurabilir.
• AB ve Birleşik Krallık’taki tüketiciler, ülkelerinin emredici hukukunun korumasından yararlanmaya devam eder ve yerel mahkemelerinde dava açabilir.
• ABD’deki kullanıcılar, uyuşmazlıkların toplu dava yoluyla değil, Amerikan Tahkim Derneği kurallarına göre bireysel ve bağlayıcı tahkimle çözüleceğini kabul eder. Bu Koşulları ilk kabulünüzden itibaren 30 gün içinde support@wanos.app adresine yazarak bundan vazgeçebilirsiniz. Küçük alacak mahkemeleri yolu açıktır.

We may update these Terms. For changes that matter, we give at least 30 days’ notice in the app or by email; if you do not agree you may cancel before they take effect.

Bu Koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikleri en az 30 gün önceden uygulama içinde veya e-postayla bildiririz; kabul etmezseniz yürürlüğe girmeden önce aboneliğinizi iptal edebilirsiniz.

New users can try WanOs free for [trial length: e.g. 7 days]. No card is needed to start. When the trial ends, WanOs asks you to choose a plan before it connects again.

Yeni kullanıcılar WanOs’u [deneme süresi: örn. 7 gün] boyunca ücretsiz deneyebilir. Başlamak için kart gerekmez. Deneme bittiğinde WanOs yeniden bağlanmadan önce bir plan seçmenizi ister.

Current plans, the number of Macs each includes and prices are shown on the checkout page before you pay: [plans and prices]. Lemon Squeezy, LLC sells WanOs to you as merchant of record: it takes the payment, adds the sales tax or VAT of your country, and sends your receipt. Its buyer terms apply to the purchase.

Güncel planlar, her planın kapsadığı Mac sayısı ve fiyatlar ödeme yapmadan önce ödeme sayfasında gösterilir: [planlar ve fiyatlar]. WanOs’u size satıcı sıfatıyla (merchant of record) Lemon Squeezy, LLC satar: ödemeyi alır, ülkenizin satış vergisini veya KDV’sini ekler ve faturanızı gönderir. After purchase your licence is tied to your WanOs account, so signing in on the Mac is enough. Your receipt email also contains a licence key in case support asks for it. Moving to a new Mac is free: sign out on the old one and sign in on the new one.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the price you were shown, until you cancel.
• Cancel any time with the “Manage subscription” link in your receipt email, or at app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders. WanOs keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
• We announce price changes at least 30 days before your next renewal; you can cancel before they apply.

• Abonelikler siz iptal edene kadar her dönemin sonunda size gösterilen fiyattan otomatik yenilenir.
• Fatura e-postanızdaki “Manage subscription” bağlantısından veya app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders adresinden istediğiniz an iptal edebilirsiniz. WanOs ödediğiniz dönemin sonuna kadar çalışmaya devam eder.
• Fiyat değişikliklerini bir sonraki yenilemenizden en az 30 gün önce duyururuz; yürürlüğe girmeden iptal edebilirsiniz.

If WanOs does not work for you, write to support@wanos.app within [refund window: e.g. 14 days] of your first payment and we will refund it in full through Lemon Squeezy.

Consumers in the EU, UK and Turkey have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Because WanOs is digital content supplied immediately, this right ends once you start using the paid service after expressly agreeing to that at checkout (EU Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(m); Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation Art. 15(1)(ğ)). Our refund promise above applies regardless.

WanOs işinize yaramazsa ilk ödemenizden itibaren [iade süresi: örn. 14 gün] içinde support@wanos.app adresine yazın; ödemenizi Lemon Squeezy üzerinden tamamen iade ederiz.

AB, Birleşik Krallık ve Türkiye’deki tüketicilerin mesafeli sözleşmelerde 14 günlük cayma hakkı vardır. WanOs anında ifa edilen dijital içerik olduğundan, ödeme sırasında buna açıkça onay verip ücretli hizmeti kullanmaya başladığınızda bu hak sona erer (2011/83/AB Direktifi md. 16(m); Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği md. 15/1(ğ)). Yukarıdaki iade taahhüdümüz her durumda geçerlidir.

Prices may be shown with or without tax depending on your country; the total is always shown before you pay. Lemon Squeezy issues the receipt or invoice. Business customers can add their VAT number at checkout.

Fiyatlar ülkenize göre vergili veya vergisiz gösterilebilir; toplam tutar ödeme yapmadan önce her zaman gösterilir. Fatura veya makbuzu Lemon Squeezy düzenler. Kurumsal müşteriler ödeme sırasında vergi numaralarını ekleyebilir.

Link only Macs you own or are clearly authorized to use. On a shared or family Mac, everyone who uses it should know WanOs is installed. On a work Mac, follow your employer’s IT rules and get permission first.

Yalnızca size ait ya da açıkça kullanma yetkiniz olan Mac’leri bağlayın. Ortak veya aile Mac’inde onu kullanan herkes WanOs’un kurulu olduğunu bilmelidir. İş bilgisayarında işvereninizin bilgi işlem kurallarına uyun ve önce izin alın.

• Watching, recording or controlling someone’s computer without their knowledge (stalkerware, spying on a partner, family member or colleague).
• Monitoring employees in ways the law of their country does not allow, or without telling them.
• Accessing a Mac after your permission to use it has ended.
• Sharing your account, reselling access, or getting around licence limits.
• Using the relay for anything other than your WanOs sessions: proxies, tunnels for other traffic, mining, load testing or attacks.
• Probing, overloading or breaking into WanOs systems, or other users’ accounts.
• Using WanOs to commit or support any crime, including fraud, or to handle unlawful content.

• Birinin bilgisayarını onun bilgisi dışında izlemek, kaydetmek veya kontrol etmek (casus yazılım; partneri, aile üyesini veya iş arkadaşını gözetlemek).
• Çalışanları kendi ülkelerinin yasalarının izin vermediği biçimde veya onlara haber vermeden izlemek.
• Kullanma izniniz sona erdikten sonra bir Mac’e erişmek.
• Hesabınızı paylaşmak, erişimi yeniden satmak veya lisans sınırlarını aşmak.
• Aktarma sunucusunu WanOs oturumlarınız dışında kullanmak: proxy, başka trafik için tünel, kripto madenciliği, yük testi veya saldırı.
• WanOs sistemlerini veya başka kullanıcıların hesaplarını yoklamak, aşırı yüklemek veya bunlara sızmak.
• WanOs’u dolandırıcılık dahil herhangi bir suçu işlemek veya desteklemek ya da hukuka aykırı içerik için kullanmak.

1. Look for the WanOs wave icon in the menu bar. If you did not install it, open the menu and choose Quit WanOs.
2. In System Settings › Privacy & Security, turn off WanOs under Screen Recording and Accessibility, then delete WanOs from Applications.
3. Write to support@wanos.app with the subject “Report misuse”. We act quickly and keep your report confidential. If you are in danger, contact the police first.

We may warn, suspend or close accounts that break these rules, cut a Mac off from the relay, and preserve and share information with the authorities when the law requires it. We do this without a refund where the misuse is serious.
